Next Bi-Monthly Chapter Meeting  Saturday, September 11th, 2010 

Greetings all,
Our  meeting will be held at  the HOME TOWN BUFFET, 1312 NORTH SCOTTSDALE ROAD, SCOTTSDALE. . We have it booked for all the 2010 meetings. The breakfast buffet will be included in the $10.00 meeting fee. You will need to sign in and pay the treasurer as he will pay Home Town. We have a private meeting room in the back. There is an abundance of free parking. The food service begins at 8:00 a.m. meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. and the meeting will end by noon. 

Mr. George Richie, P.E. will discuss "Series Rated Systems." Mr. Richie is currently Vice-President of OnSite Engineering. OnSite specializes in coordination & arc-flash studies. In addition to electrical studies, George has experience in electrical design, construction, and code administration. Prior to establishing OnSite, George worked 8 years for the City of Phoenix Building Safety department reviewing electrical plans and issuing permits. A native of Arizona, he graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from NAU in 1988. After 10 years of various factory, sales and Field Engineering assignments with GE, he began reviewing plans for the City of Phoenix in 1998, until leaving in 2006 to start OnSite Engineering. George is a licensed Engineer in the State of Arizona and holds ICC certifications in electrical plan review and inspections.
